Reports: CSK vs RCB on
March 22 to kickstart IPL
2024, schedule to be
announced on Thursday
As per reports from News18, the opening clash of IPL 2024
is set to feature CSK vs RCB on March 22 at M. A
Chidambaram Stadium. However, the final schedule for
the initial fortnight is yet to be confirmed.
Kasi Viswanathan, CEO of the Chennai Super Kings
franchise, had hinted at an inaugural ceremony
preceding the opening match, a tradition typically
reserved for the defending champions. While
speculation abounds regarding a potential face-off
between Super Kings and Gujarat Titans in the
curtain-raiser, no official confirmation has been
made.
