answer is simple, the best time to buy is now! The market 
is still quite hot, and although prices are consistently 
climbing, it’s hotter now than it was six months ago, and 
it’s hotter now than it was even six years before that. The 
best time to buy property is today so that six months from 
now, you will see growth, and six years from now, you’ll 
have considerable growth.

Since the prices have been extremely high the last 
couple of years, prices are starting to stabilize and level 
out, but the prices will not go down, we will see a bit of a 
correction or adjustment. Interest rates are climbing a 
little. We still have an unbalanced market and little 
inventory. So sellers still have the upper hand. As a
