we will look at today is the ability to travel beyond the city. British 
Columbia has some incredible places to visit, such as the world-
famous ski resort in Whistler, Tofino on Vancouver Island, and the 
wineries in the Okanagan region. These places can only be accessed by 
car or private coach; there is no public transit running to these regions 
from Vancouver. Having a car will allow you to explore not only the 
amazing city of Vancouver but also the surrounding areas.
