mg (two Asacol HD 800 mg tablets) three times a day (total daily intake of 4.8 
grams) for a period of six weeks. This is only the typically recommended dose.

 Asacol HD During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding 
 Asacol HD should only be taken if it is indicated during pregnancy. This drug 
can cause damage to a breastfeeding infant if it gets into the breast milk.
