First, always practice safely. I made sure I had a secure location, such as a gym or backyard. I avoided racing
and ensured I warmed up properly before activities. Safety is crucial. I stayed clear from sharp items and used
soft mats. My folks saw me while I practiced and assisted me in setting up the area. I discovered that the most
crucial guideline is safety. Training may be a lot of fun, but always take care of looking after yourself first.
The Importance of a Good Mindset
I found out that having a strong mind leads to having a strong body. I constantly worked on
tactical decision-making under pressure because of this. Because of this practice, I was able to think clearly
