Method 1: Soaking
To get rid of any chemicals, rinse 1/2 cup of organic rice.
After the rice has been cleaned, put it in a bowl and add two to three cups of water.
Give it a half hour or so to soak.
After giving the rice a quick stir in the water, drain the liquid into a fresh container.
Method 2: Boiling
Double the water and use half a cup of rice.
Bring the rice to a boil until the water gets dark.
Before using, strain and chill the water.
Method 3: Fermentation
After washing the rice, let it lie at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours, but still follow the
soaking method.
Use it within a week after it has fermented, and keep it in a cool place.
When is the best time to use Rice Water Skincare? I prefer to use it as a toner in the morning
and again in the evening after cleaning my face for best impacts.
