About The Exhibition
China Import and Export Fair, also known as Canton Fair, is established in 1957. Co-hosted by the Ministry  
of Commerce of PRC and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province and organized by China  
Foreign Trade Centre, it is held every spring and autumn in Guangzhou, China. Canton Fair is a  
comprehensive international trading event with the longest history, the largest scale, the most complete  
exhibit variety, the largest buyer attendance, the broadest distribution of buyers’ source country and the  
greatest business turnover in China.
After 62 years’ reform and innovative development, the Canton Fair has withstood various challenges and  
never been interrupted. The Canton Fair enhances trade connection between China and the world,  
demonstrating China’s image and achievements of development. It is an outstanding platform for Chinese  
enterprises to explore the international market and an exemplary base to implement China’s strategies for

 35,000/- deposit to be paid while booking & full payment to be cleared 01 Week prior to departure or  
else the departure date will be subject to change.
 If the above-mentioned hotels are not available, similar grade hotels will be provided without  
compromising on any service or facility.
   The cost is based on rate of exchange 1USD = INR 72.00
   Advance Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
 Airfare & Taxes are as of 15/01/2016 and are subject to change.
 No change in itinerary once confirmed will be honoured unless given in writing.
 No verbal commitments will be honoured unless given in writing.
 100 % cancellation charge will apply if cancelled within 15 days prior to departure.
 The travel package is purely based on minimum 25 adult passengers travelling together. Any  
reduction in the group size will lead to an increase in price or change in the services.
 This is just a tentative offer. Republic Holidays Travel Services is not holding any accommodation /  
air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your  
Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to Change /  
availability.
 The International Check-in time: - 1500 hrs & Check-out time is 1200 hrs.
 Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation &  
other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be  
paid by the passenger directly to Republic Holidays Travel Services.
 All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of  
suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve  
any increase in price and hotels?
 Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's own  
& Republic Holidays Travel Services will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will  
provide assistance to the best of our abilities. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
 Republic Holidays Travel Services is not responsible for any change in dates of Trade Fairs, Venue,  
Cancellation and / or the exhibition Profile.
 In case of any last minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a
twin partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passengers  
mandatory.
Documentation: The passenger/s will not hold Republic Holidays Travel Services, under any  
circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred  
due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation  
charges will be applicable as given.
