However, for sportspersons, it has become tougher as they are taking part in games but staying into strict bio-bubbles to protect them from
contracting the deadly virus during game time as well.
While there is break on normal interaction with the outside world, they are not allowed to spend their time or enjoying outside the bio-bubble
as well. Recently, South Africa spinner Tabraiz Shamsi has said that cricketers sometimes feel like 'caged circus animals' when they are in tours
and staying in bio-bubbles.
It os also noteworthy that, recently England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) gave relaxation in the bio-bubble where three England cricketers
and four of their staff members have been tested positive for the global pandemic Covid-19. On the other hand, Team India that got a mini
break, faced the result as well as the wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant and support staff member Dayanand Garani have also been tested
positive for Covid-19 there.
"I don't think everyone truly understands the impact these things have on us, our families and our lives outside of cricket. Sometimes it just
feels like we are caged circus animals who only get taken outside when it's time to practice and play matches to entertain the crowds,"
tweeted Shamsi.
Meanwhile, Tom Harrison, the chief executive of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) had earlier stated that the board decided to give a
bit of relaxations to the players in the bio-bubble considering players' mental health as it takes a toll on everyone.
"We want people feeling good about going out and playing in whatever tournament they're playing in, whether that's the Hundred, whether
that's a Test series against India, whether that is county cricket and the RL50. We want people to be feeling like their life is delivering for them,
both at home and as professional cricketers, men and women. We don't want to be closeting players in such a place where they feel like the
only role they play in their life is to go out and bat and bowl for whatever team they're playing," ESPNcricinfo quoted Harrison as saying.

Notably, India are in England for quite sometimes now as they had featured in the inaugural WTC Final against New Zealand and will take on
the host in a five-match Test series next month as well.
