This time Angular 11 only assists TypeScript 
4.0. The utmost reason behind this update 
is to power up the builds ensuring much 
faster speed performance than its previous 
ones.
Change In Router:
The upgraded router in Angular 11 will 
automatically change the default value of 
relative link resolution from “Legacy” to 
“Corrected.” The shift improves the router 
to avoid any breakages during the update.
