A geologist by training and the president and CEO of EAI Environmental Management 
Services. Robert Carvalho, a geology graduate of Hofstra University, has successfully 
and actively handled several environmental projects.  
Robert Carvalho personally managed the cleaning, decontamination, and removal 
of the Holland Tunnel ventilation system and the cleanup of 800,000 square feet in 
lower Manhattan after the World Trade Center collapsed.  
More than 2,000,000 square feet of vapour barriers and sub-slab depressurization 
systems (SSDS) have been installed under Robert Carvalho's supervision. 
Robert Carvalho also holds many credentials and associations, including membership 
in the New Jersey Association of Industrial Hygienists and the American Industrial 
Hygiene Association.  
Robert Carvalho also actively participates in the National Institute of Occupational 
Safety and Health's (NIOSH) Proficiency Analytical Testing (PAT) Program for Phase 
Contrast Microscopy (PCM) and the Environmental Laboratory Approval Program 
(ELAP) of the New York State Department of Health.
