Roger Kavigan is an experienced and dedicated teacher who has worked in the field for over 30 years. He is also a leader in his labor union and has served as the President of the Tustin Educators Association. Roger Kavigan has also worked with the California Teachers Association as a Human rights Cadre trainer.
