What is CIDCO Lottery Scheme 2020?
CIDCO Lottery scheme is launched by the central government to 
extend the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Through 
this scheme, low-cost houses will be provided to the citizens 
who have low income and economically weak.
Through this scheme, a total of 1.10 lakh houses will be built 
across many regions of Navi Mumbai.
Benefits of the CIDCO Housing Scheme 
2020
*Under this scheme 94,000 houses will be allocated to the 
people in which 53,000 houses are for the EWS category and 
41,000 houses for the LIG category.
*For the EWS category the house price is 18 lakh and for the LIG 
category, the house price is 26 lakh.
Eligibility Criteria for CIDCO Lottery 
Scheme.
At first you have to qualify for the EWS category or LIG category.
●  You can apply for CIDCO lottery under the EWS category if 
Your monthly income is under 25,000.
● You can apply this scheme under LIG category If your 
monthly income is between 25,000 to 50,000.
Process of Applying for CIDCO Lottery 
Scheme.
● You have to visit the CIDCO lottery website.
● Register yourself by filling the correct details.
● By registering you will get a CIDCO lottery form.
● Fill it with your correct details.
● Upload your documents and click on the submit button.
● After submitting the form you will be redirected to the 
payment page and then make registration payment with 
your credit/debit card.
