• ROMA pizza is celebrating 49 years of servicing 
Lindenhurst. Family owned and operated for 3 generations. 
It started with Filippo Olivier and his brother-in-law 
Pasquale Piccaretta. They took pride in making authentic 
Italian food and pizza. After 18-year Filippo retired and 
Pasquale and Steve operated Roma for the next 18 years. 
Now Roma has been brought to the next level of quality by 
Filippo's son in law Peter. Keeping the family tradition alive 
using only the best of the best ingredients and creating 
some of the most unique dishes and pizza in the area. Our 
motto says it all” Put in quality and quality is what you find”
