Roxanne Stern is a former 
humanities teacher at New 
Legacy Charter School. She 
loves this role as it allowed 
her to execute a rigorous 
curriculum that was innovative 
and informative. Roxanne 
Stern also worked with Teach 
for America and mentored 
new teachers through their 
first five weeks.
As A Corps Member Advisor
Roxanne Stern worked with 
Teach for America as a Corps 
Member Advisor. She 
regularly provided group and 
one-on-one classroom 
coaching to incoming 
teachers. Roxanne Stern now 
works at the Denver School of 
Science and Technology. She 
is a Civics Teacher and 
Senior Projects Advisor.

loves to travel and has visited 
many countries in Europe.
