 delivery, contractual obligations and service level agreements.
7.Troubleshoot and offer service support in diagnosing, resolving  
and repairing server-related hardware and software malfunctions, 
 encompassing communication infrastructure and workstations.
8.Prepare and maintain documentation, policies and instructions,  
and record and detail operational procedures and system logs.
9.Make sure that the design of computer sites permits all  
components to fit together and work well, and monitor and adjust
the performance of networks.
Continually survey the current computer site to determine future 
 network requirements and recommend improvements in the  
implementation of future servers and networks.
