Qualification documents:
Academic background:
For your Australian qualifications, you have to send a good colour scan of your academic transcript and an 
award certification or completion letter. If having attached your master’s degree, you need to submit a 
bachelor’s degree. In qualifying paperwork, you need to include the below-given information:
●                    Degree Award/Title in Education
● ·                The university name where the degree was conferred
● ·                 The completion date of the education degree
● ·                Course details that must be of marks/ grades you earned for each unit or       subject

Vendor Education
You need to submit the vendor login information for verification 
purposes to be qualified as a Microsoft vendor.
After the submission of the form, you may be asked to put in your 
login credentials for the Cisco vendor qualification. The information 
can be attached as a PDF file. 
Experience documents
You need to submit a colour scan of your job references on business 
letterhead or a third-party statutory declaration. 
Requirements for work experience documents
● ·   Your job experience must have the start and end dates of your job. If still working, then 
    write the end date as ‘To date’.
● ·     For the occupation you stated, explain all of the duties you performed during your 
work time.
● ·   The total number of hours you worked each week. Don’t forget to tell that whether the   
 job was a full-time job or a part-time one.
● ·   The country where you worked in. Give the date and location of the work if it is in the 
same country but a different place.
● ·   Organization letterhead. It has to be signed by the author and have their name, 
position title, phone number and address. 
Requirements for third-party Statutory Declaration
Third-party colleagues who are at the executive level offer the statutory declaration. 
The third-party has to state their working connection with you and the 
responsibilities performed throughout the employment term, along with related 
dates.
It must specify that the document was witnessed before personnel with authority 
and the date and location of the declaration for ACS skill assessment.
