I believe that we must take the protein that suits us. There are many options – quinoa, pea, milk, brown rice, egg, fish, meat, etc. Some popular protein powder brands for lean muscles are MB, Oziva, MyProtein, ON, etc.

When you workout, your body burns calories and your muscles need
protein to repair themselves. This is where protein (either natural or
supplements) come in. You can take a protein shake sometime before or
after your workout to regain the muscle strength and build muscle.
Many products contain Soy, vegetable fats and oils, natural and artificial flavouring
substances, etc. and you need to read the contents well before selecting a
product. There are flavoured and unflavoured options in the market. Always check
the amount of protein in the product. One thing to remember is that flavoured
protein powders (such as chocolate, vanilla, etc.) tend to contain more additives in
them.
Don’t have more than desired since it will cause stress to your body and your
kidneys have to work overtime to eliminate the supplements. You can also find out
the amount of protein you need before starting by speaking to a nutritionist. I
suggest that you don’t over consume a supplement as it may lead to protein
toxicity.
