• Ingredients: Check for additives in the product. Some brands add
chemicals like artificial sweeteners, colors, flavours, emulsifiers,
thickeners, preservatives, etc. that are not good for health.
• Authenticity: Go for products that are authentic. Always buy from a
known dealer or a known website. Check the barcode, and the
genuineness seal of the product. There are many fake products in the
market, and they contain growth hormones, steroids, fillers, oils, fats and
carbs.
• Diet: If you have a diet filled with fat, carbs and calories, then taking
protein supplements can add to your putting on weight. This is because
supplements have other things added to them, not just protein.
Always check with your nutritionist about how much supplement to
take daily (scoops, etc.) Milk can make you put on weight and can be
hard to digest since it already has a lot of fat and carbs. Each person has
a different requirement of protein, depending on your lifestyle, your
