Travelers are permit ted to cancel their f l ights 24 hours 
 f rom the planned takeoff.
Cancelation requests can be done online by manage  
booking and there is no cancellation charge inside 
24  hours.
If any f l ight cancellation request solicitation  
performed after the given timeframe, at that point 
 some extra cancellation charges are applicable.
Kenya Airways Refund Processing 
Tim•eKe nya Airways will issue refunds for eligible tickets 
within 14 business days for credit / debit card purchases, 
but please note that this does not include its own bank 
processing time.
•All refund requests are subject to the rate rules issued, 
and fees or penalties may apply to your refund. Your 
itinerary will be CANCELED at the time the refund is 
processed.
•The airline may offer a refund in the form of a travel 
voucher if the situation requires it. Please note that due 
to high volume of applications, we are receiving travel 
voucher processing, which can take up to 21 days.
