Base Number Tester
Base Number Tester is an automatic, portable titrator having control accuracy equivalent to just 0.02 mL. It makes use of Acid-
Alkali neutralization principle. Suitable to function in low as well as moderate working temperatures. Incorporated with dual end
point detection methods based on pH and conductivity measurement. Our product is designed as per the Industry Standard of
Petrochemicals ASTM D2896 and ASTM D4739 and is used to determine the base number of petroleum products and additives
such as lubricants.
Features:
Based on potentiometric titration
Manual temperature compensation
High accuracy
Wide measuring range
Easy to install and operate
Applications:
It is used in analytical chemistry, food and petroleum industries to monitor the fluid health by measuring the base number of oils,
nutrients and additives.
