The Indian economy "has an opportunity to rise from its present $3 trillion to $9 trillion and $40 trillion by 2030 and 2047, respectively," according to a recent Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) research. However, this is only feasible if people of working age have gainful employment with NGO working for skill development.These young people will land the employment of their dreams after completing their education. And the only way to make it happen is by skill development and training, which is the answer to this issue. Through its effort, the government will provide rural men and women with the information, skills, and capacities they need to sustain their families and improve themselves.
