Proposed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival
• NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport to Darjeeling.
Day 02: Local Sightseeing
• Early visit to Tiger Hill for sunrise.
• Sightseeing in Darjeeling, including Japanese Temple and Himalayan 
Mountaineering Institute.
Day 03: Excursion to Mirik
• Visit to Mirik, explore tea gardens and Sumendu Lake.
Day 04: Departure
• Darjeeling to NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport.
Accommodation & INCLUSIONs:

• Hotel: Tripoo Potala Palace/Golden Dolma or similar (Deluxe)

• Any kind of drinks (alcoholic, mineral, soft or hard and starters.)
Cost and Exclusions
Package COST EXCLUDES: -
• Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Cost Inclusion”.
• Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancellation or any other reason.
• GST Extra (Applicable as per current GST structure, any changes will may 
charge extra)
• The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the 
sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
• Extensions of tour Programmer or diversions in the tour itinerary for any 
reasons eg. Due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown, or any natural 
calamities.
Payment Policy
Payment Stages:
• 30% Advance payment with confirmation.
• 40% 30 days prior to travel.
• Remaining 30% 15 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Land Package Cancellation Policy:
• 20% charges if canceled 30 days before the tour.
• 30% charges if canceled between 20 – 30 Days.
• 50% charges if canceled between 10 – 15 Days.
• No refund if canceled within 10 days of trip start.
• No Refund or Compensation for ongoing trip changes.
• Applicable charges for any trip changes.
