are differentiated depending on their citizenship.
Subclass 407 – Training Visa
For a short term study like work based training and if the 
course is less than 3 months period then you can opt this 
visa. But for a long term course you must require a 
Student Visa (Subclass 500). 
 
Subclass 408 – Temporary 
Activity Visa
This visa allows you to enter Australia for project works 
and short term programs.
