⎯ Provides editable color selection.
URGENT IMPORTANT ⎯ Drag and drop color tags onto tasks.
⎯ Filter and sort your tasks based on color.
⎯ Click on color tag like “URGENT” to immediately view all critical tasks.
Assign task owner with • Conveniently use personal images to assign or identify task owner:
their image or icon ⎯ Drag and drop user icon/image to assign task ownership.
⎯ Filter tasks by clicking on the user icon for visual overview of task workload 
for selected team member.
Use visual icons • Quickly identify via icon if a task:
⎯ Contains comments associated with a task or sub-task. 
⎯ Has established due date or indication that a task is overdue.
⎯ Includes an attached document you may view.
⎯ Links task to another activity in Connections.
