Ivermectin is available in three dosage forms: capsules, tablets and injectable. There is a minimum dosage of 3 tablets per day. Dosage of Ivermectin should be increased gradually once infection is detected, and may also be decreased when the patient becomes more fit and healthy. Dosage is controlled by an individual’s body. People with heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, stroke or liver disease may require a higher dose as they have an increased risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cholesterol levels.
