a)Reset Suddenlink modem and router
● First restart your Suddenlink Wi-Fi modem
● Disconnect the Suddenlink modem from the power 
supply by pulling out the power cord connected to the 
cable of your modem
● If you also have a Suddenlink router, also turn off the 
router by unplugging the power cord attached to the 
router
