We proudly welcomed our Sports Management and Sports Science Cohorts of the Academic Year  
2023 for an Orientation Program. The event struck the perfect chord, setting the stage for an  
unforgettable academic journey!
The Chief Guest, Mr. Mohammad Kaif, a Former Indian cricketer, and the Guest of Honour, Mr. 
Yuvraj  Walmiki, an Indian Professional Field Hockey Player, inspired the future sports managers 
with their  words of wisdom and passion.
Our Founder Director, Mr. Nilesh Kulkarni, encouraged our students to pursue their dreams with  
determination and enthusiasm.
Our Co-Founder, Ms. Rasika Kulkarni; our Advisor, Dr. Anil V Karnik; the Assistant Director of 
Garware  Institute of Career Education and Development, Ms. Shilpa Borkar; the Associate Dean of 
IISM, Mr.  Amitava Pal; and the Chief Operating Officer of IISM, Mr. Amit Gupte, were also in 
attendance.
With this inspiration, the students were all set to embark on their academic journey, driven to 
achieve  greatness and make a lasting impact on the world!

Guru Purnima 
Celebrations
Our students organized a special program to shower their faculty and mentors with love and  
appreciation on the occasion of Guru Purnima at the IISM campus. The students filled the day 
with  gratitude, heartfelt speeches, and tokens of appreciation.
The students were immensely grateful to their Gurus, whose guidance had instilled in them the  
values of compassion, curiosity, and resilience, helping them shape into future leaders.

tournaments!

As a powerhouse duo, they will be the bridge between each class and IISM's Corporate Relations 
 Team, ensuring a seamless connection! Their mission is twofold - to equip students with top-
notch  soft skills and to be the guiding light behind every spectacular corporate event at IISM!

Mr. Parth Nagda
We are delighted to share the news of our  
Master of Sports Management student, Mr.  
Parth Nagda, who had secured a position as an  
“Executive- Sales Operations” at Fanatic Sports  
in Mumbai!
He would be working with various sports  
authorities to establish and maintain strong  
partnerships. He would also coordinate with  
different teams within his organisation to 
ensure  the alignment of strategies and 
objectives.
This achievement reflected the hard work and  
dedication of our students, as well as the  
excellent quality of education and placement  
assistance provided by IISM.
Mr. Aditya Ramachandran
Presenting our Master of Sports Management  
student, Mr. Aditya Ramachandran, who has  
been placed as “Project Lead - Sports Media” 
at  YouGov, Navi Mumbai!
His primary objective is to work with a team of 
 analysts and analyze the exposure gained by  
the sponsors during the matches. The  
dedication and relentless efforts have paid off,  
and we couldn't be prouder of this remarkable 
 achievement.
