Mail-setup shows you how to Configure 
Windows Mail Smtp port and also explain 
SMTP settings for gmail & Configuration Smtp 
Mail Server in Windows 7.
Step 1:
Launch Windows 10 Mail.
Step 2:
Select the cog icon and pick Accounts.
Step 3:
Pick the existing Email account from the list.
Step 4:
Tap the Change mailbox sync settings option.
Step 5:
Check the option for Advanced mailbox settings.
Step 6:
Go to Outgoing (SMTP) Email server and configure it. And select done to 
save.
