Day 1: Welcoming, short introduction and intention setting.
Our hostess Helen starts preparing our dinner while introducing us to 
organic recipes dinner. Food for the heart, wine for the mind. Beginning to 
weave the loom of the soul meditation under the Hellenic stary sky.
Day 2: Artistic path/heart. *2 hours. The Intellect of being “Nobody”.
Break. Get to know Naxos island life and people. Visit the Loom center. Dinner.
Meditation.
Day 3: Scientific path/brain. Make the journey to meet your soul. Recreate the 
knowledge inner map. *2 hours.
Break. Enjoy the Aegean sea landscapes. Dinner. Meditation.
Day 4: Meditative path/ Spirit. Explore how to be the servant of your soul’s 
journey. *2

Break. Visit Zeus birth cave. Expanding your divine self. Dinner “celebrating 
life”, a
Hellenic “tsibousi” with Greek traditional music and dance. A Dionysus active 
meditation.
Day 5: Material path/body. The wisdom of the physical world. Discover the three- 
dimensional world as never before. A new way to perceive the senses. *2 hours.
Break. Meet the goats, sheep, gooses, cows. Experience life with nature’s living 
beings.
Dinner. Meditation.
Day 6: Consciousness path/soul. The wisdom of the soul. *…hours needed 
according to
the group needs and wands.
