The phases and activities that make up the software development life cycle are carried out by particular persons. Because there was unnecessary demand to support continuous deployment, integration, and delivery, each phase was maintained separate from the others under the typical traditional models of Software Test Courses development. The lines between the development and testing phases, however, needed to be blurred as a result of the growth of the Agile model and the DevOps culture. This helped to reduce the need for professionals who could simultaneously write and test codes. Such knowledge and abilities encapsulate the SDET roles and responsibilities.
