Talya Elitzer is a driving force in modern music, charting an unconventional path from the mailroom of William Morris Endeavor to co-founding and presiding over Godmode. After graduating from Brandeis University, she entered the industry delivering mail before working her way up to booking major artists and eventually taking on a senior A&R role at Capitol Records.
