Ethics
Ethics relate to a set of well –based standards of right or wrong. It’s about:
How should we live and treat one another?
What is right and wrong?
How can we know or decide?
Where do our ethical ideas come from?
What are rights? Who or what has them?
Should we coerce one another?
Can we find an ethical system that applies to everyone?
What do we mean by duty, justice and other similar concepts?
Moral Values
Moral values define personal character, while ethics stress a social system in which 
those moral values are applied. In other words, ethics point to standards or codes of 
behavior expected by the group to which the individual belongs. This could be national 
ethics, social ethics, company ethics, professional ethics, or even family ethics.

Ethics are moral principles that govern individuals' 
behavior or the ways of conducting an activity. Office 
ethics are set of codes , values, and rules that derive 
from them, that help to determine right choices and 
behavior in the office setting and fosters integrity, 
accountability, transparency and respect. 
It’s nothing new. We learnt it 
since childhood.
