fee of the first course or the first year. At the same time, you must be 
able to support yourself financially.

government loan or scholarship and study full-time. Scholarship or 
the loan must be sufficient enough to support your stay in New 
Zealand. The work conditions remain the same as a fee paying 
student.
Limited Purpose Student Visa
• This visa is for those who cannot satisfy all the conditions of a student 
visa. If the immigration department of New Zealand finds that you 
cannot obtain a complete student visa,you can go for Limited Purpose 
Student Visa. The reason for not getting student visa may be the 
submission of incorrect documents or unable to fulfil any of the 
legalities. Under this visa, you can pursue any short term courses as a 
full-fee paying student in New Zealand.Documents that are submitted 
to support your favourable financial status have to be produced.
