thus popular with the name: NEW YORK RACING ASSOCIATION. The

was taken by the Hive for running up a ransomware operation whose  
disclosure was made previously of a cyber-attack whose occurrence took place  
on June 30, 2022, thus making impacted IT operations along with the  
availability of the website and thus making the compromisation of the member  
data.

themselves listed as a victim on their extortion site.
The publishing of the link has been made by the hackers for the free  
downloading of a ZIP with the archives of all the files contained whose stealing  
was allegedly made from the system of NYRA, so it can only be assumed by us  
that negotiations for a ransom payment are making the reach to a dead end.
Hive is thus one of the highest tier ransom ware gangs which is currently  
among the most active ones, thus making a recent hit on Bell Canada and the  
Da-mart clothing store chain while announcing several more victims who have  
not been given the public admittance of a security incident.

active spokesperson: On June 30, 2022, the discovery of the suspicious

systems is being performed over the NYRA and its team of expert systems the  
determination the extent of the breach made.
Fortunately, the damage made to the network of NYRA was not having any  
kind of connection to the day-to-day racing operations, along with the  
wagering activity of customers, NYRA Bets, or NYRA television. As a result,  
there was none of the interruption made to the core operations of NYRA.
Currently, there is none of the evidence being found thus suggesting the data  
that is quite sensitive to the customer or the compromise of the information  
was made during the process of the data breach. However, the discovery was  
made by the NYRA that those who were responsible for the attack were thus  
able to gain access to files which are having the personally identifiable  
information of a group of NYRA employees and their beneficiaries contained in  
it.
The notification has been made by the NYRA to all the individuals who may  
have been going to be impacted as having the requirement of them being  
applicable under the state laws.
