He was born in 12 November 1976 in Jaipur. His father Mr. 
Prashant Jain was RBI officer and businessman. His mother 
name is Nilima Jain and she is a housewife. Amit Jain 
completed his schooling from St. Xavier School and after that 
he took admission in IIT Technical College and at there he 
completed his B. tech studies. 
Career
After his father dead, he sell of all deposits and started a new 
software company “Girnar Software Pvt. Ltd.” He made his 
office in a small garage. Now Amit Jain as well as his wife 
“Pihu Jain” started handling this company.
In 2008, Amit Jain went to an event of auto company with 
his brother. He found that the purchase and sell of cars is 
very difficult. People have to face a lot of hurdles to deal in a 
car. After watching this scenario, an idea hits in an Amit Jain

Hurdles In The Path of Success
Amit Jian was taking step forward to his business some 
mistake never takes this happen and this happens with him 
in 2008 when he had to suffer a huge loss (approximately 1 
Cr.) in share market. After having this loss, this was very 
difficult for Amit to run a company. But he never loses hope 
and put more and more efforts to overcome from this loss.
