private environment. It promotes self-reflection and is an intensive learning process 
firmly controlled by your motivation to change. As a coach Mannheim, I assist teams,

Paradox Intervention
• A paradoxical intervention is a measure in which the patient is deliberately prescribed a 
problematic behavior or symptom of a disease as a means of overcoming exactly that 
behavior or symptoms. In coaching, paradoxical intervention may also be used. A good 
relationship between coach and customer is a prerequisite for this.
• I recommend as a coach that you try something crazy to rearrange stalemate arguments. Try 
it yourself. For example when your child cries out and doesn't get calm down 
• •Get a window open and encourage your child to shout louder. 
• •Begin to sing a song, or recite a poem.

• If the child does not want to dress up.

• Supervision is a consultancy approach tailored to work and professional life, aimed at

important instrument of supervision. The objective of supervision is to guarantee and 
improve the quality of professional work.

reflect and improve their professional or private activities. As part of supervision,
