A North Shore developer has submitted a preliminary proposal 
to redevelop two lots at 6035 and 6075 Marine Drive into a 
cluster of 17 detached, cottage-style homes. The project, 
known as “The Cottages at Gleneagles,” aims to address 
housing affordability in the area while offering innovative 
tenure options.
