Frontier Airlines ended its unaccompanied minor service in 2018 and doesn’t allow kids under 15 to fly alone. Children under 15 must travel with an adult aged 15 or older on the same reservation, while teens 15–17 can fly independently. Families get adjacent seating for kids 13 and under, with no extra UM fees required.
