Tradetron brings your trading workflow into the AI assistant you already use. Connect your Tradetron account to
supported AI tools and describe what you want to build in plain English. Your AI assistant can then work with
Tradetron’s tools to help create, test, edit, and explain strategies.

What you can do with Tradetron MCP
Tradetron MCP connects supported AI clients with 58 Tradetron tools. Once connected, you can describe a
strategy, run a backtest, make targeted changes, and review strategy results—all through a conversational
workflow.
1. Build a strategy from a description
Describe your trading idea in plain English—for example, a NIFTY ATM straddle with defined wings and profit or
MTM stop conditions. Tradetron’s tools help turn your description into a strategy you can review.
2. Backtest your idea
Ask your AI assistant to backtest a strategy over a period, such as from January 2022. Review the resulting
performance before deciding what to do next. Backtest credits apply at ■20 per credit.
3. Edit a specific part
Request a targeted change, such as adding a hedge leg or adjusting one condition. Tradetron supports verified
edits so you can focus on the part you want to change.
4. Investigate a trade that did not happen
Ask for help understanding why a strategy did not trade. Use available engine and broker logs to investigate what
happened.
5. Review performance metrics
Ask about metrics such as P&L;, winning days, payoff ratio, and drawdown. These figures describe historical
results; they are not trading recommendations.
6. Paper deploy and monitor
Use the workflow to deploy to paper and monitor the strategy. Live deployment, funding, and placing real orders
remain actions you take inside Tradetron.

Tradetron MCP is designed to help you build, test, edit, and understand strategies—not to place live orders on
your behalf.
• The connector does not place live orders or provide a path for live deployment, order placement, or moving
funds.
• You remain in control of live deployment and any real orders inside Tradetron.
• Your money stays with your own broker.
• Strategy edits are validated, account ownership is checked, and supported edits are round-trip verified.
• The connector itself is free to use and does not consume Tradetron AI tokens. It runs through the AI
subscription you already have; backtest credits are charged separately.

Connect your AI assistant
Tradetron MCP uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that lets AI applications connect to
tools. Use the MCP server URL below and sign in with your Tradetron account when prompted. You do not need
to paste an API key.

Claude
1. Open Claude and go to its connector or MCP settings.
2. Add a custom connector using the Tradetron MCP server URL.
3. Sign in to Tradetron when prompted and authorize the connection.
4. Start a chat and describe the strategy task you want to work on.
ChatGPT
1. Open the available app/connector settings in ChatGPT.
2. Add or enable the Tradetron MCP connection where supported.
3. Complete the Tradetron sign-in flow.
4. Ask your assistant to build, backtest, edit, or explain a strategy.
Other supported AI clients
Tradetron MCP can also be used with supported developer and AI clients, including Claude Code, Codex CLI,
Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, and Antigravity. Setup steps can vary by client.
Some read-only tools may be available before you connect your account. Saving strategies and accessing your
personal logs, deployments, or P&L; requires account connection.
