Causes:
Spastic hemiplegia is caused by a brain
injury, specifically to the motor cortex,
or dysfunction, which can occur in a
variety of ways. Injuries before, during,
or shortly after birth can cause spastic
hemiplegia in children.

Signs And Symptoms :
Hemiplegic spastic cerebral palsy is distinguished
by less use of one side of the body, functionally
weak one upper extremity; usually the hands,
deformity of one lower limb, delayed
achievement of developmental stages, late onset
of walking, and so on. This variousness has a
lower incidence of epilepsy and other associated
medical problems.
