Definition:
 A hemiplegic cerebral palsy is a form of 
spastic cerebral palsy. Hemiplegic cerebral 
palsy affects one side of the body's upper and 
lower limbs. This disease affects a group of 
muscles on one side to become motionless. 
This cerebral palsy condition is caused by a 
stroke. It includes facial, arm, and leg muscles.

Causes:
Spastic hemiplegia is caused by a brain 
injury, specifically to the motor cortex, 
or dysfunction, which can occur in a 
variety of ways. Injuries before, during, 
or shortly after birth can cause spastic 
hemiplegia in children.

Signs And Symptoms :
Hemiplegic spastic cerebral palsy is distinguished 
by less use of one side of the body, functionally 
weak one upper extremity; usually the hands, 
deformity of one lower limb, delayed 
achievement of developmental stages, late onset 
of walking, and so on. This variousness has a 
lower incidence of epilepsy and other associated 
medical problems.
