INTRODUCTION
Public private partnerships (PPPs) are a key driver of economic growth. By bringing 
together the strengths of the public and private sectors, PPPs create opportunities for 
innovation, improve service delivery and promote inclusive growth. United Bridge

In Chile, a PPP between the government and the 
private sector has led to the development of an

been halved over the past decade.
