Registered. Log into your Mercedes Me account via a web browser. Once logged in, scroll down the page, roughly 
halfway down and click on "Digital Service Report".
Can independent garages update Mercedes service history?
The simple answer is yes as long as they are registered as an independent repair centre. All Mercedes-Benz vehicles 
built from 2010 onwards now have their entire service history stored electronically in a secure online database.

Where do I find Mercedes me ID? If you already have a user account without Mercedes me ID, you receive a Mercedes 
me ID by logging in to your existing user account, accepting the Mercedes me ID access conditions that then appear, and 
adding your address, phone number, date of birth, and driving licence number.
