In Andhra Pradesh under the leadership of former Chief Minister Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, and some of the TDP Leaders, the three-tier program was implemented by the Andhra Pradesh Sports Authority (SAP) as part of the direction to develop and further develop domestic sports and martial arts in the state.
