Step 1: Wear Loose and Comfortable Clothes First of all, prepare yourself to practice meditation, and wear loose and comfortable clothes that allow for ease of movement and prevent restrictions on the body. It also promotes blood circulation which reduces the chance of overheating. Step 2: Find a quiet and comfortable space Find a quiet space where you can comfortably practice meditation. There should be no distractions that make it easy for you to go into a deep relaxation state. A quiet space allows you to create a peaceful environment that is imperative to practice deep meditation, as it helps with relaxation and concentration. Step 3: Choose a Focus After being comfortable with the surroundings it’s time to choose a focus for your meditation.
