If you are looking to purchase a new watch, you might be wondering what is new in the luxury watch
industry. Whether you are an avid collector or simply looking for something different, you are sure to find
something that catches your eye. We've highlighted some of the latest watches, including Cartier's Tank
Must de Cartier, Piaget's Altiplano Ultimate Concept, IWC Schaffhausen's Big Pilot's, and Patek latest
luxury watch Philippe's Generations campaign.
Piaget's Altiplano Ultimate Concept
Piaget's latest timepiece, the Altiplano Ultimate Concept, combines more than a century of advanced
watchmaking techniques with a bold new design approach. The result is a timepiece that feels scientific
but still feels like a luxurious timepiece. The watch also has a 40-hour power reserve, which is exceptional
considering its size and weight.
Cartier's Tank Must de Cartier
Inspired by the tank lines of World War I, the Tank de Cartier has a masculine aesthetic and is an instant
eye-catcher. Its many iterations, from the stainless steel version to the black dial version, maintain the
same signature style. The case and dial are distinctly Cartier, with two parallel brancards and a crown with
cabochon. The cabochon stone on the crown can be a diamond, sapphire or synthetic spinel.
IWC Schaffhausen's Big Pilot's
If you're looking for a new latest luxury watch this Father's Day, consider the IWC Schaffhausen Big Pilot's
Watch 43. The model comes with a green dial and matching rubber strap. Its rhodium-plated hands
feature luminescence, which makes it easier to read at night. The watch is powered by an IWC 82100
calibre movement with Pellaton winding and 60 hours of power reserve.
Patek Philippe's Generations campaign
A decade after its launch, Patek Philippe has relaunched its iconic Generations campaign. The original
campaign was introduced in 1996 and has been a huge success for the Swiss watchmaker. The
"Generations" theme remains as relevant today as it was when it was first unveiled, as its message is a
timeless one, expressing the brand's values and appealing to people's emotions.
Omega's Connected timepiece
While the connected watch trend is on the rise, Omega CEO Jim Urquhart says the brand doesn't feel
threatened by it. Urquhart started his career at Omega in 1968 and has been the company's president
since 1999. He focuses on making mechanical pieces and doesn't have plans to join the connected watch
trend.
Vacheron Constantin's Pont des Amoureux
Vacheron Constantin's Pont des Amamoureux is an elegant and sensual luxury watch that features a
bespoke complication. Developed by Jean-Marc Weiderrecht, who formerly worked for Van Cleef &
Arpels, this new model has a retrograde animation function and a self-winding mechanical movement. It
also features a night-scene dial with more clearly defined minute and hour arcs.
Bulgari's Serpenti
The Serpenti series of Bulgari watches has been reinvented many times over the years. The first Serpenti
latest luxury watch model was introduced in the 1940s and featured diamonds on the scales. Following
this design, the Serpenti Tubogas line was introduced. The earliest Tubogas creations were multi-coiled
and were quite an engineering feat. They didn't even need to be soldered!
