How Does Hand Sanitizer Work?
Although many people think of hand sanitizers as universal cleaning 
goods, the truth is that these items are really only efficient at eradicating 
germs under very precise conditions. To begin with, all commercially 
available hand sanitizers must have an alcohol content of at least 60%. 
Because the alcohol content of these hand sanitizer solutions has diluted 
or evaporated over time, it is advised that you never use outdated hand 
sanitizer.
