Organic Himalayan salt is manufactured from rock crystals mined in the Himalayas, frequently in Pakistan. Himalayan salt is pink in colour and is made up of 98 percent sodium chloride. It may be used as a table salt addition, as well as for cooking, food preparation, and spa treatments.
