                     Pure and Authentic Organic Basmati Rice
Soak Organic Basmati Rice for about 30 minutes in a bowl. Till the time, take a large saucepan and 
saute onions, garlic, and ginger for about 3 minutes until it turns brown. Add cinnamon, carrots, bay 
leaves, green beans, and peas- saute these vegetables for another one minute. Then, drain the rice 
and add them in the pan- cook for two minutes.
While stirring continuously, add vegetable stock and parsley to the rice. 
Add salt and pepper according to taste and let the mixture come to a 
boil. Sim flame and cover the pan with lid. Cook until the liquid is 
reduced for about 20 minutes. If desired, garnish it with parsley leaves. 
Sever hot, enjoy your healthy meal
