relaxed and focused environment.
 Our Meditation Center in San Francisco is a privately 
owned, volunteer-based organization dedicated to spiritual 
growth. We are not affiliated with or financially supported by 
any other organization and rely completely on the tithings 
collected from class participants and members.

We, the congregation of 
Blessings Ministries believes fully in 
the teachings of the Bible.  As such, 
we have our daily obligations, and 
offer our sacrifices, made by fire 
unto our God with chants and 
Psalms and spiritual hymns, lifting 
up holy hands and making melody 
in our hearts.
Rediscovering Cannabis as a Sacrament in San Francisco
 The Reverend Dr. David Dick Many of us know of cannabis's use as 
a recreational drug, and recently more and more of us are becoming 
aware of its many uses as a medicine. However, cannabis also has a 
long history of use as an entheogen.
 Entheogen literally means “generating the divine within” or “makes 
God come into being”. It is a plant whose psychoactive properties help 
put us in a more receptive state where we are open to the divine within 
us. Cannabis has been one of man's earliest entheogens, and we 
at Blessings Ministries offers cannabis as a Holy sacrament, practiced 
by many spiritual traditions for thousands of years.
