There are 5 sense organs named as vision, hearing, taste, smell, and touch on which a human body depends upon. 'Proprioception' can be defined as the perception of body position, is essential for balance and coordination in movement and also considered as the sixth sense. We rely up to 80% on our visual senses as compared to other senses as it's our eyes that protect us from danger when other senses such as taste or smell stop working. In other words, the other senses have to take over the work, if one sense is missing or stop working. The eyes play a significant role in this.
